RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or replacements for reasons other than defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the procedure below:

Notification: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Service team at houseofsartoria@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 6266077218

Provide Details: Please provide your order number, details of the damaged or defective item, and a picture of the item showing the issue.

Evaluation: Our Customer Service team will evaluate your claim and provide further instructions on returning the item.
REFUNDS
If your claim for a defective product is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Payments made with COD option will be stored in your wallet equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After this period, we begin processing the order, and cancellations may not be possible.
On the My Orders page, you have the option to cancel your order by clicking the cancel order button.
If the order is successfully canceled within the 6-hour period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds will be processed promptly, but it may take 5 -7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
CONDITIONS ON RETURNS

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
