REFUND AND CANCELLATION
CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After this period, we begin processing the order, and cancellations may not be possible.

If the order is successfully canceled within the 6-hour period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or replacements for reasons other than defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the procedure below:

- Provide Details: Please provide your order number, details of the damaged or defective item, and a picture of the item showing the issue.
- Evaluation: Our Customer Service team will evaluate your claim and provide further instructions on returning the item.
REFUNDS
If your claim for a defective product is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
