  • Is cash-on-delivery (COD) available?
    Yes, for orders under INR 1500 across all operational zipcodes, COD is available.
  • How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?
    A confirmation of the order will be sent to the phone number and email address you registered. Additionally, we will let you know as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
  • Do I need to pay shipping fees upon delivery?
    Delivery is free of charge in case of pre-paid purchases. Please note that purchases made with Cash on Delivery (COD) will include a delivery cost of ₹49.
  • Do we shipping overseas?
    We do not currently ship products outside of India.
  • What happens in case of a delayed delivery of my order?

  • How soon will my order be delivered?
    All metro areas and tier 1 cities typically receive the order in 5 to 7 working days; however, certain zip codes may require extra time. Please notify us if there is a delay.
  • Do we offer return and exchange services?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchange, except in cases of defective products. If there’s anything we can assist you with, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.
  • What should I do if the item delivered is not the one I ordered?
    We make every effort to provide the correct products on time; nevertheless, in the rare event that you receive an wrong or different product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.   • How can I cancel an order?
    Within 6 hours of placing your order, you may cancel it. On the My Orders page, you have the option to cancel your order by clicking the cancel order button.
  • What happens if I receive my order with defective items?
    Despite our best efforts to provide high-quality products, if for some reason you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, we ask that you send us a picture of the broken or defective item by email at houseofsartoria@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 626 607 7218. Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
  • How do I return/exchange a product?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or replacements, except for defective products.
